How we rank a record
A bar association rarely announces that it is shopping for software. It does announce the moments that put its systems in play: a new person running the referral service, a new executive director, a dues cycle still run on paper and checks.
We read those records on the bars' own pages and job posts, drop your current customers, and put the freshest dated change first.

Never lead with theseCLE coordinator postings
A CLE hire confirms programming volume, but many postings stay up long after the seat is filled, so we check the date before using one.
What each account arrives with
- The bar and the dated record that surfaced it, linked to the source
- Who owns the decision, by name where a public record names them
- A first line for the executive director and what not to claim
